We work extensively with schools
creating Living Willow Structures in gardens and environmental areas. We also
make willow sculptures for display in school halls and classrooms or to
brighten up outdoor areas.

We have been working with schools for over 20 years starting when
Steve’s son Will was in primary school. Will is now 30 years old!
We have worked in all types of school settings from Nursery to
University and can produce workshops and willow weaving activities for all age
groups. We like to work with small groups of children to ensure that a good
experience is had by all. Of course we can work with a number of groups over
the school day. Typical projects are weaving life-sized willow animals for
display in a wildlife garden and weaving giant suns and birds for hanging in
assembly halls.

We have work extensively with
SURESTART throughout the UK and have wide experience of working with Special
Needs groups.
We both have the necessary public
liability and CRB cover to enable schools to work with us knowing that pupils
will enjoy a safe and fun willow weaving activity.
We work throughout the UK and have
bases in Kendal and Hemel Hempstead.
Our recent projects have included:
Willow
